Anji takes care of the numerous requests we receive through our helpline account.
We asked her what she’s been up to and why the work is important for her:
‘I am very happy to join ORAM and assist with the Helpline project. Alongside managing the Helpline account, I am also developing a database of information that can be analyzed to better understand the needs of the beneficiaries contacting us and to identify new programmatic areas. In these challenging times, I believe that supporting those refugees who are often forgotten is vitally important.’
