Rajiv Desai

Rajiv Desai is a leader in the space of diversity, equity and inclusion at a global level. In his most recent role, he was Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Responsibility at Gartner. Prior to that, in his role as Executive Advisor with CEB’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Leadership Council, Rajiv advised senior D&I leaders at various Fortune 500 companies, private companies, and government entities globally. Before joining CEB in 2014, Rajiv worked with FedEx for almost nine years in Belgium, Dubai and the US, where he gained extensive operations, internal controls, and audit experience, with a focus on global emerging markets. Rajiv is active in the greater Washington, DC LGBTIQ community, where he supports various organizations in different capacities.
